The Big Budget winners are once again the Kiddy Farming and Poverty Industries. While people starve due to artificially inflated food prices and freeze b
ecause only the rich can afford heating The 2013 Federal Budget includes a 9billion handout to the kiddy farming industry and further increases in handouts to perennial beneficiaries of government largesse, the Poverty Industry, again in the name of Homeless people.
- The Budget rationale proves again that the Carbon Tax which has morphed into REDD downunder is really just another tax and in as linked to emissions reduction as Politicians are to people—not at all.
- While Big Corporations and Banks continue to boast record profits and record tonnages of Australias mineral wealth vanish overseas the Federal Government attacks among the most marginalised in Society who must cop the losses-Austerity for the people fuels prosperity for Corporations.
- The Kiddy Farming Industry will be readied with $9billion of Government largesse to receive the more revenue as single parents are forced into wage slavery or onto NGO enriching Newstart.
Students Parents and Centrelink Claimants have all come under attack. A National Disability Scheme will enrich NGOs as they seek more control over the lives of and work performed by Australia’s disabled. The messsage of the 2013 Federal budget is Concern for the Rights of Corporations and indifference towards the plight of the people. - In short…politicians are so inseparably part of the problem that they should NOT be part of the solutions… Trust only Grassroots organised Community based groups to stand up for what you and they believe in.
When are the people going to realise that Governments obsessed with Keynesian Economics will ensure that laissez faire capitalism flourishes amidst heavily constrained personal incomes- or robbing the poor to benefit the rich.

Supreme Court dismisses OFarrell ordered Challenge of Occupy Sydney Occupiers lower Court win
April 24, 2013 § 1 Comment
In a caselaw setting precedent The Supreme Court of NSW today dismissed the Barry O’Farrell ordered DPP appeal of a D
istrict Court ruling in favour of an occupier on charges of staying overnight in Martin Place.
In May 2012 following the dismissal of a District Court prosecution Premier Barry O’Farrell and NSW Police Commissioner Scipione used Ray Hadleys 2UE show to assert that “The Courts should support the police” and call on the Director of Public Prosecutions to appeal that decision. This action by the then newly elected Premier of NSW caused ripples of concern among Occupy supporters and the public relating to the independence of the Judiciary from the Political arm of Government.
Todays ruling (DPP v Lance Priestley ) vindicates the occupier assertion that the regulations are so vague as to be potentially impossible to understand and therefore to comply with.
The Judge ordered the Appeal dismissed with costs against the Crown.
The ruling may have positive implications for 13 occupiers who have long awaited an outcome of the charges brought in relation to the Oct 23 2011 eviction of Occupy Sydney which Occupiers contend was illegal

Camp Nama: British personnel reveal horrors of secret US base in Baghdad
Detainees captured by SAS and SBS squads subjected to human-rights abuses at detention centre, say British witnesses http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/apr/01/camp-nama-iraq-human-rights-abuses?CMP=twt_gu
British soldiers and airmen who helped to operate a secretive US detention facility in Baghdad that was at the centre of some of the most serious human rights abuses to occur in Iraq after the invasion have, for the first time, spoken about abuses they witnessed there.
Personnel from two RAF squadrons and one Army Air Corps squadron were given guard and transport duties at the secret prison, the Guardian has established.
And many of the detainees were brought to the facility by snatch squads formed from Special Air Service and Special Boat Service squadrons.
Codenamed Task Force 121, the joint US-UK special forces unit was at first deployed to detain individuals thought to have information about Saddam Hussein’s weapons of mass destruction.

Genocide Awareness is dedicated to spreading awareness about genocides, both past and present. We will post summaries, personal stories, statistics, organizations, newspapers, government programs/contacts, books, films…everything we can think of relating to past and present genocides and other human rights issues.
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/genocideawareness/
Our immediate and short-term goal is to complete a database of links, discussions, contact info, etc. We hope you will join us and keep coming back and will take the time to browse through the Discussion Topics or maybe even start your own Discussion. There is an international community on here so we should take advantage of our opportunity to communicate with each other.
You are free, or course, to post in any language, but you need to also make your post in English. If you post a link or anything else without telling us what it is (in English) than it will be removed – when we have no idea what your post is saying or what your link is for then we have no choice to delete it immediately since it could be anything at all!
One other necessity we have at all of the GENOCIDE AWARENESS Groups is that you provide acknowledgement any time you post the work of another. We are not looking for a full bibliography or anything of the sort, we only ask that you provide a name and/or the source etc. of whatever it is you are posting.
GENOCIDE AWARENESS is also available on TWITTER.

In the past the general population didn’t know about genocide. The word itself is still very new to our vocabulary. There was little media, little communication, and little objective knowledge of other ethnicities.
People were often uneducated, unaware, and often viewed anything that didn’t look like them, such as having different skin color, as less human and with fear or disgust. There has always been an inherent fear of the unknown and there weren’t always the resources to learn about the unknown that we take for granted today.
The world is a much smaller place now and gets smaller every day. People now know something of genocides, have at least heard of Darfur or Rwanda. People everyday say how horrible they think it all is and say how we will can never let such atrocities happen again. But even as we say we’ll never let it happen, most nations that could help end the horrors sit back and watch the slaughters on the nightly news. Political agendas keep leaders from doing the right thing.
We believe that most people just don’t think much about it…have never really thought about what genocide truly is, what it would be like being hunted down and butchered with your family and friends for no other reason then for having a different religion or a different skin color. Maybe it just hasn’t crossed their minds about what it means to sit back and say and do nothing when we could be putting a stop to it.
There are literally billions of people opposed to genocide so how are we allowing it to continue? We always need more people to demand change. You can write your government officials, or write the media, and encourage others to do the same.
Things won’t change with only a few people and that’s why we need everybody to speak out. When politicians and corporations are made to realize that their own political and financial futures are at stake then we’d see change – and fast.

phone and write letters – ASK ADRIAN DIETZ ESQ WHAT IS HIS ROLE AND IS HE THE ATTORNEY IN CHARGE OF OUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE / CESTUI QUE TRUST / DEMATERIALIZED / CERTIFICATED SECURITIES …AND WHY IS HE THE CONTACT FOR THE COMAPNY KNOWN AS “THE COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA”
“..In finance and financial law, dematerialization refers to the substitution of paper-form securities by book-entry securities. This phenomenon is ancient, since in many small firms that cannot afford printing secured paper-form securities, the securities are often held in a book-entry form, under the control of an attorney who acts as a notary to certify the existence of the securities, as well as their authenticity. Today, dematerialization concerns more and more listed companies in the US (where the process has begun in the sixties) and now in the European Union, where dematerialized securities represent often more than 99% of the securities listed on regulated markets.[1] However, this recent phenomena of dematerialization of securities issued by large firms is mostly undertaken via Central Securities Depository, a national or regional institution holding the notary function, such as the DTC in the US, which itself entrusts banks and investment firms to act as intermediaries between issuers and investors for the custody of these securities. Therefore, dematerialized securities are often referred as intermediated securities, in particular by the Unidroit convention on substantive rules for intermediated securities.” is ADRIAN J.S. Here is our conversation today:
I asked Adrian if the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA was a place, a country or a company. He commented that (cough) um…it’s not a company as such, but a sovereign entity.
I said, “so you mean it’s a created legal fiction?”
Adrian: “What do you mean by that?”
Thomas: “Well, you’re the Lawyer, you should know about these things…”
Adrian “What’s this in regard to?”
Thomas: “Well, I just discovered that what my parents took an oath for, back in 1975 when they came here from England, was an oath to a company and not a place or country, so I’d like to know why there isn’t full disclosure of that, isn’t that fraud?”
Adrian: “As I said it’s not a company, it’s a sovereign entity, registered under section B of the securities exchange.”
Thomas: “So you’re saying it’s not a place..”
Adrian “Look, maybe you should refer to the Constitution as to what the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA is and where it’s powers come from and what it can do..”
Thomas: “Well it can’t actually DO anything by itself can it? it’s essentially a piece of paper, don’t you mean it’s agents…people who work for it?” It’s obviously not a living being.
Adrian “Again, maybe you should talk to a Constitutional Scholar, maybe they would be best suited to answer your questions…how did you get my name?”
Thomas: “Well, you’re the person listed as the contact on the US Securities Exchange Commission for the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA which is listed on their companies register..”
Adrian: “Yes, well, that’s only for communications from the SEC..”
Thomas: “So where can I find full disclosure out there in legal land that gives the public full disclosure of the fact that the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA is not a place, but a manmade created legal fiction?”
Adrian: “Read the Constitution..’
Thomas: “So will it say in there that it’s not a country or place?”
Adrian: Look, I don’t see the purpose of this phonecall, what company are you calling from?”
Thomas: “No company, just my house, where I live on the landmass known as Australia, which by the seem of things is very different from the entity known as COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA…and I bet 99 percent of people here don’t know that…”
Adrian “What’s your point?”
Thomas “The point is that there’s two of them isn’t there…the landmass known as Australia, and the entity.
Adrian: “Yes, that’s correct”
Thomas “So why aren’t we told these things?”
Adrian “Look, as I said, I suggest you contact someone in the Commonwealth about this..
Thomas: “Damn right I will. Thanks for your time Adrian.
Adrian hangs up..

Police Brutality at Sydney Mardi Gras 2013
March 7, 2013 § Leave a Comment
Shocking footage of police brutality during Sydney’s gay and lesbian Mardi Gras is circulating on social media. If we act right away we can make sure they don’t get away with it.
A video shows a policeman smacking a man to the ground and standing on his back, in front of onlookers. The beating can’t be taken back, but we can make sure the police are held to account with an independent investigation to properly punish any homophobic behaviour. The NSW Police Minister, Michael Gallacher, needs to order an independent investigation, now. He’s already under pressure from community groups and other MPs, and with all of our voices together, we can move him to act.
Let’s create a firestorm online and in the streets to protect ourselves and our friends from police violence and we’ll deliver the petition directly to the Police Minister. Sign now and tell Michael Gallacher to fully investigate the incident and make sure Sydney is safe for all:
http://www.avaaz.org/en/mardi_gras_violence_b/?bBOoRdb&v=22643
Sydney’s Mardi Gras parade, now a global phenomenon attended by millions, was born out of a violent act of police brutality. The first parade in 1978 led to 53 arrests and many beatings. Last weekend’s heavy-handedness harks back to a time when the LGBT community had few rights and in many cases lived in fear from violence because of who they were. Australia has come so far in a generation, and police brutality cannot be tolerated in 2013.
The police have said they’ll launch an internal investigation, but given the history of animosity with the LGBT community it could too easily become a face-saving exercise to placate public attention. We need to know that police aren’t avoiding the tough questions — like whether this brutality was driven by homophobic behaviour — and that the police involved will be properly held to account if it is.
