why doesnt any one listen it is not a real law its only a pretend law , a law must go before the people via a referendum to become valid

The legitimacy of resistance comes from the people. That is the difference between terrorism and a freedom fighter. In Libya the FLA and in Syria the FSA are freedom fighters for that reason. As were the IRA and ANC. These laws are emergency laws that apply to everyone as are the laws that created the arab spring and uprisings in Libya, Syria and result in civil war and a low level insurgency in Egypt. Malaysia has had similar laws since the 50’s and rely on economic development and social mobility to prevent an uprising, they also change the name and some aspects to prevent the arab spring from coming there. Just as an Australian Senator was deemed a threat to national security and barred from entry, as the election was rigged, all these countries are very corrupt and undemocratic these laws enable that behavior and promote it. Under the Australian emergency laws the people they allege to target will not be in clubs, wear colors, the justification will rely on profiling and intelligence hear say. So the emergency laws will start to effect the wider community just from targeting the bikers. Let alone other applications. Once this occurs and resistance has legitimacy for the population or a large faction of the population which will take some time. Then armed resistance can occur, until then passive resistance is required. So have a march numbers will be small if the club members turn up you all become associates for what is purely political reasons thatyou oppose the use of emergency laws. To prevent such laws you start at the ground floor to do that it mean you have to associate with those target by the laws and thus become targeted yourselves. This will all end in civil war they talked to the IRA, ANC and now the Taliban, Moqtada al-Sadr the PLO now the PA. These things always end in negotiations it is just how much pain it takes to get to the table. Qaddafi and Assad would not talk and look what happens one is dead and the other a 10 year civil war.
